En tant que programatrice du Holy Groove, Beatrice Venturini aka Miss B avait prévu de partager ses découvertes sur scène, à la place elle partage avec nous 60 minutes d’un genre musical très spécifique : « the late 1970s mid-tempo floater ».

Voici comment le décrit notre anglo-italienne : « Probably the niche area that I love the most, somewhere between not quite the end of the night and possibly getting it on. Where I come from, the floater means that the most hectic, up-tempo part of the night is over and the DJ can afford to risk highlighting a more mellow, smoochier groove for slightly worn out dancers. But no one’s going home. Punchy horns, swirling strings, urgent vocals abound.
